    I dealt with a lovely guy called Chris who sorted out everything I wanted and needed. He took a lot of flack from me but delivered a professional, friendly an understanding experience for me. The new EV Ionic ultimate is everything I need it to be. Very happy customer. Mats included. ;)

    Initial contact was good and garage called to confirm service and called day before. However, on day of service, although I did receive a video I never received a call to let me know if car was ready. Despite trying to get through to dealer many times I was unable to get an answer so in the end I took a chance and went to the garage. Luckily the car was ready.
