    I was only told when I got to the garage that this was an all day appointment because I had asked them to look at the faulty rear camera.
    When booking the lady knew this and I was not informed.
    I had also phoned them 3 or 4 times previously about the camera, l left messages and no one called me back about this.
    I got there just before 10am and was told I may have to wait until 5!!
    Before 1pm I was told the camera would have to be replaced and I would need to make another appointment for that.
    At around 2pm I asked when my car would be ready, (I had received a text at 1.15pm from the actual mechanics saying the car had been completed and had a copy of the video) so I would have thought I would have been on my way home an hour afterwards!! When I got to the desk I was told the lady I had been dealing with had gone on lunch. I could see my car keys on her desk, but she had not let me know she had gone, and toh I didn't think about it until a lady waiting near to me had been advised by someone that he was going on lunch and someone else who give the car back to them!!
    I went back at 2.15 (Holly the original staff member I was dealing with still had not returned from lunch) and I was told motorbility had refused to pay for the service and because I had already had the service done they would not be returning my car.
    As she said this Holly returned and the other young lady I had been speaking to said "we have a problem with Likely's car and explained they would not return my car". Holly said she would see what she could do and I informed her coworker that my name was MRS Likely not just Likely. About 15 minutes later Holly returned to me and said the payment had been sorted and I needed to arrange an appt for next week and it would be a FULL day appt. As electrics were involved!
    I told her I wanted a car to use, she said she couldn't do that for next week so I told her I would wait until they did. The appt was set up for a months time.
    Also it said in the video that I needed a new wiper blade, why didn't they just put one on??
    I will now go to kwikfit as they are much nicer, quicker, friendlier, they are also so helpful. They took 5 minutes (if that) and were far more respectful.
