    Absolutely excellent hand over service. Connor has always been brilliant, not just with the hand overs( as this was not my 1st Renault)but with the after care. There's been times when I've need advice, help and Connor has talked me through everything. His customer skills and explaining everything to me I would have to give him 11 out 10. I do hope this is passed on to him, be good to for him to know how much I appreciate his help over the pass years . Thank you so much x
