    Customer service was disgusting
    Kept my car for 5 days leaving me without transport for my disabled child and a way for me to get to work
    Communication was awful I was left just chasing people all the time I'm leaving vw soon thankfully so won't have to deal with the reading van centre for much longer as going over to Ford

    Delay in vehicle repair due to unknown reasons. As my driver had to commute to your location he was discomforted by a three hour wait.

    Fantastic service! All team VERY friendly, good waiting area with coffee & biscuits! all went well & lovely to see the car on video! Being in a wheelchair, I don’t get to see underneath the car!

    Extremely poor customer service, lack of knowledge regards motability processing.
    Left feeling like being a mobility customer was an issue of inconvenience to the garage. With exception of Carl (who communicated very well with me, when I returned to collect my vehicle) I felt my requests and communication was met with hostile attitude.
    My request for a loan vehicle was met by first telling me they did not have anything available, then I was put into a Caddy California which on the outside looked fine, I did not check boot size as knew it would comfortably take a wheelchair. On arriving home and opening to load the wheelchair, to find the boot completely full of demonstration equipment which was permanently fitted. I had to drop the rear seats to place the wheelchair and equipment in.
    The vehicle was requested back the following morning by telephone, no alternative offered and I was told I had inconvenienced other customers by keeping the vehicle.
    My vehicle failed the MOT, I received a call to collect vehicle take it to have new tyres fitted and return it to garage for a retest. At this point I contacted Motability as I knew this was not the correct process. Motability immediately organiser a replacement vehicle and instructions to the garage re replacing the tyres. I was instructed by Motability Not to collect the vehicle until it was passed and road worthy.
    Very poor service.
