- Rating 2.0Jul 20, 2023Could be better, the car is saying that the oil change is due in around 800 miles and the rear tire has a puncture, yet they didn't do it. Meaning that I will be without the car for another day when they do that. Would've made sense to have done it all there and then! Also told me that my brakes won't need changing, when i rang 3weeks ago due to them being done 4mnths ago! Video i received yesterday,clearly showed they were metal to metal, yet on board computer was saying limit reached can continue driving! Call workshop, which i did 3weeks, when it first came up. But what do i know?! Feels like they look at me like I'm just a disabled idiot. Yet I've grown up around cars my whole life! Listen to your customers Audi!! Love my car but service? Excellent customer service after the receptionist left us waiting for 15 minutes plus and most of the sales team put their heads down and walked past us.
