    Complete lack of customer service. Brand new electric car not even fully charged for handover. We had to stop and charge the vehicle to get the 65 miles home. Don't use Inchcape mini

    What an amazing experience with Inchcape and Simon Allan I couldn’t have wished for better customer service
    Simon kept me updated on my car expected delivery and when the car turned up two weeks earlier than planned it was fabulous to go and collect
    All the staff were polite and courteous having a disability isn’t easy sometimes but they all made my husband and I very welcome. The paperwork was explained and trouble free and then Simon took time to go through the car controls and handover was trouble free. Thank you Simon for being so kind and professional
