    Terrible left an mot failed tyre on car forcing customer to drive it. Will not sort replacement or with kwik fit. Now pass the car with same tyre on not a safe MOT center at all. Continue to leave customer immobile and service manager has no awareness of Motability policies or process. Motability also continue poor service. Would never take a car here for anything again. The dealer is not interested in ensuring safety or staff are trained in Motability process for repairs or dealer relations processes.
