Firstly I couldn’t believe how busy it was in there and secondly when a chap asked why I was there I said for my first service of my mobility car. He told me to take a seat got me a coffee and was so polite and helpful. He then came over with his laptop and sorted everything out and even sorted ke a loan car for the day, they couldn’t have been more helpful so polite kind compassionate and professional, they called me when my car was ready and when I collected my car they got me another coffee and valeted my car on the outside as well, they commented on how well I’ve looked after my car as the inside was immaculate even though I have kids, they brought the car round to the front for me and were amazing all the way through the process, the only thing was one guy told me I didn’t need the service book as it’s done online but I took it anyway so please make sure you do take your service book even if they say they don’t need it
