    This is the 2nd service my Motability car has had with Citygate and yet again I’m dissatisfied. It is apparent that Citygate like to “falsify” their paperwork which is not right . My car has supposedly had new wipers back/front however, the front wipers are still scattering across the windscreen as they did before. My car also supposedly received a “complimentary wash” well this didn’t happen as there was still bird pooh over my car which was there the morning it went in. It’s safe to say I cannot wait for my 3 years lease to end next year as it’s left me unimpressed.
