    We visited the dealership yesterday to collect my new Motability car. We were ‘shown round’ the car and handed the keys. We dealt with Adil Ali, the Motability representative at the dealership, and found him kind and friendly. We drove away confidently.

    Excellent customer service wasn’t just treated as some disabled person which some showrooms treated me like - I was treated like I was human like everyone else I was treated with respect and dignity and made to feel very welcome and the communication throughout was brilliant

    Welcoming atmosphere as soon as u walk in. I had an appointment to pick up a new motorbility car, I was shown where to sit offered tea/coffee and told Josh would be with me shortly which he was.. Josh come over introduced himself and explained what was going to happen ,straight away I was put at ease, previous dealerships you mention motorbility and they loose interest.
    Josh was informative answered all my questions/queries conversation was easy we weren’t just another customer.
    Jamal who had taken my order for the car back in November saw us and popped over to say hi, acknowledging me by name which from 7 months ago was really appreciated he asked how we were remembering what car /colour Lewis had chosen both gentlemen went above & beyond on both occasions.
    I could tell both these young men enjoy their jobs and without a doubt they treat all their customers like I was treated . Great service perfect customer skills exceptional attitudes and an absolute credit to your citygate Slough Skoda team …
    Would i recommend? YES Josh & Jamal without a doubt ..
    All other staff were accommodating too, polite & efficient .

    My special appreciation goes to Jamal who went above and beyond to make sure for the smooth transaction. The service, care and attention me and my husband received was outstanding. Very impressed. Jamal who has dealt with my purchase was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable put us at ease with the whole process. He is an absolute credit to the company. The handover was very efficient and quick. Sam was very much knowledgeable and explained everything to us.

    Extremely friendly and nice people. Professional and quick service. I would recommend this team at Skoda Slough to anyone.
