    I was welcomed by the sales dealer Mr Daniel Gray. He was absolutely amazing. He helped me choose and most of all explained correctly everything I needed to know concerning the Mobility Scheme. He prepared the application and told me he will keep it on hold until I decided to move forward with it but told me if I did, I would need to return to accept, which I did but unfortunately Mr Daniel Gray wasn't there and it was Mr Chris McDade who took over and sent the application.
    I must say that I was not pleased with the attitude of Mr Chris McDade. I was not welcomed at all, something that I find quite rude. I asked a question but immediately saw that it bothered him to respond. I would of preferred to sign a paper document as I struggle with my hands but he wasn't concerned at all and just said "you will receive everything electronically, if you have any further questions you just need to log on to the Mobility Scheme and you will find all the answers " he then made me understand that it was time for me to leave.
    All I can say concerning my experience, is that, if it wasn't for Mr Daniel Gray I would never have accepted to move forward with the application.
    I have left a 5 star for the wonderful help from Mr Daniel Gray.
