    Handover was was thoroughly explained. Car was grey not green that we ordered which was disappointing and car was only 40% charged but. Overall experience was good.

    service I received from the Skoda dealer. He seems to be always happy to help and go to the extra mile In a pleasant way and was not anything like pressure selling like you get from other car manufacturers. To be honest, I thought it was going to be very stressful getting a new car but he made it pain-free and it was actually a pleasant experience and now I message to Skoda management. He is definitely a keeper offer him a pay rise. lol

    I originally phoned Eastbourne twice but never answered. Mark at T. Wells answered straight away, and was very informative on the phone. He was very helpful on the day as well. Definitely recommend.

    Fantastic Staff. From front Desk (Cathy), Service (Robyn, John etc.) and Sales and Customer Aftercare Services (Mark S and Team), sorry, not good with names. They are Patient, Friendly and Supportive. I wouldn't go to another Dealership, happy with SKôDA.
