    Very welcoming, but found it difficult to park the car as there wasn't any space left, so had to park on the road whilst booking in.

    To find out they had cancelled my MOT for the second time despite myself saying I would (and did) make sure Motability would approve it being done as my email had said anytime 3 months before.
    It was a good thing I called in the morning to double check it was still a collect and deliver like I had booked but not heard anything else, to be told it had been cancelled. Luckily Simon, on the phone fit me in still, understanding i had planned for it to be done today, but i had to sit and wait. However, because I had planned for it to be collect and delivered, and had to rush down there for them to squeeze me in, I had taken my wheelchair out of the car and left to sit in an uncomfortable chair with no one, other than a customer, offering me a drink.
    This caffyns only has one disabled bay that was being used by a non bb displayed car. It snowed and so I had to ask for my car to be bought closer for me, which was then responded with an eye roll and huff.
    I honestly cannot wait to hand this car back and not have to deal with the service department again.

    Didn’t explain any payment options, made us pay up front, when this could have been paid by motability rather than us. Disabled women on benefits and can’t afford to wait for the refund by motability as won’t get that until new car delivered.

    We parked conveniently and we were greeted by a young man who checked our details and booked us in.
    Bethany told us it would take a bit longer so we went for breakfast and did a bit of shopping.
    When we returned Bethany told us the car just needed a wash and to be photographed, meanwhile she explained the paperwork.
    The car was returned in perfect condition.
    All round great service.
