Being greeted by Ashton and her professional approach and knowledge of the scheme we agreed to go ahead without feeling we weren't persuaded in anyway.
Aston was such a bubbly lady and so understanding of my husbands needs. She gave him time to gather the information she needed as with dementia he needs time to process things.
Collecting on Friday was a very smooth process and detailed instructions to our new car.
