I highly recommend Toyota in Worthing - Rating 5.0Mar 13, 2024Jack was excellent throughout the whole experience - he tailored his communication to our daughter who struggles with communication and was respectful of her needs and that this was going to be 'her' car so she had choices and decisions as much as possible. As her Appointee I felt comfortable and heard and that the whole process was being dealt with professionally and competently. Jack was patient during our test drive visits and phone calls in between; he was also thorough and prepared with the administration side of things - both paperwork and on-line. He is highly knowledgeable about the various specifications of the cars as well as the Motability process. We feel reassured that we have made the right decision for our daughter going forwards and happy that this is a very local garage that will take care of the car and us throughout the lease of the car. It is not just a buying process, it's a selection of brand and garage process. We feel really confident about our daughter's driving future. Thanks to Jack and also to Charlotte who helped out with the test drives as well.
