    Jack was excellent throughout the whole experience - he tailored his communication to our daughter who struggles with communication and was respectful of her needs and that this was going to be 'her' car so she had choices and decisions as much as possible. As her Appointee I felt comfortable and heard and that the whole process was being dealt with professionally and competently. Jack was patient during our test drive visits and phone calls in between; he was also thorough and prepared with the administration side of things - both paperwork and on-line. He is highly knowledgeable about the various specifications of the cars as well as the Motability process. We feel reassured that we have made the right decision for our daughter going forwards and happy that this is a very local garage that will take care of the car and us throughout the lease of the car. It is not just a buying process, it's a selection of brand and garage process. We feel really confident about our daughter's driving future. Thanks to Jack and also to Charlotte who helped out with the test drives as well.

    I thought Chris was kind, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating.

    My overall experience was fantastic. I am really pleased.

    I would have liked to have been able to follow the progress of my car on the my Toyota app, this is available for paying clients.
    I found that frustrating, and I think Toyota should change this, for all to follow the progress of there cars.

    I found the experience very reassuring.

    I felt the majority of my questions were answered.

    My only dislike is why do salesmen talk so fast, I think they should slow down a little, and let a buyer ask more questions.

    But my salesman was friendly, kind, and informative.

    I hope my car doesn’t take to long it’s freezing on these buses lol.

    Jack was brilliant. He was professional, friendly, helpful and great with our daughter on both of our visits and also on the phone to me whilst we were making our first enquiries and arrangements.

    He made sure that we understood the different car specifications and gave us the opportunity to see and test drive enough cars to get to know the options as we are new to the Toyota brand.

    The two test drives in different cars went smoothly and we were able to see the newest and different options on the new model in the showroom and also in another car in the range.

    He understood that vision, the dashboard, the colour of headlining, the noise of the car/sound inside and the ride of the car were all important given our daughter's needs.

    We look forward to seeing Jack again when the car is ready to collect and hearing from him earlier with an update.

    Chris was brilliant and went through so many of the functions of the car. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the my Toyota app was far too complicated for me so I have now deleted it
