    Unfortunately, not a good experience with this service and MOT. Firstly, when booking in the service the car is usually picked up and dropped back, this time I was told as a mobility customer that this is now a chargeable service, when speaking to the technician who advised me of this new charge, I advise that I would be cancelling and booking in with a different Volvo dealership on hearing this. He then advise that on this occasion they would waive the charges. Secondly, in the past the car has always been washed and hoovered which is good of them, I explain to the technician if the car could be cleaned inside and I also explained to the man picking up the vehicle that the vehicle had recently been washed and polished, so all it needed was a good clean inside, when receiving the car back, it was obvious that this hadn’t been done, so yes not a very good experience. Overall given that the previous dealership which unfortunately closed was extremely good at service and understanding the needs of mobility customers.

    The service was excellent, the car was picked up on time and redelivered back with in the allotted time, the video sent by the engineer was a nice touch.
