    AWFUL SERVICE!
    We’ve used them twice, and both times our car went into limp mode before the service date. When we asked to book the service sooner (as it urgently needed an oil change), the customer service team told us there was nothing they could do and that no appointments were available for months. We explained this was our only vehicle and essential for transporting our disabled child, but instead of helping, we were simply told to contact a different department. To make matters worse, the manager didn’t even apologise for the poor communication on their part or the fact that the service desk gave us the wrong information and they could have booked us in sooner!
    WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
