    Polite and helpful from the minute we entered the building,pandered to our needs without any hassle whatsoever. Janet was excellent.

    Not the best service. The staff when I purchased the car were wonderful. I had to push for the tyres to be ordered and replaced as they were almost illegal on the service report. I was told just to take the car to Kwik Fit. Still have no resolution regarding my automatic windscreen wiper, was told they needed to investigate further, but no dates/times offered.
    I liked the video of the service.
    Despite the car being purchased via motability- no offer of a courtesy car was made. So I hard to hang around on site for 2+ hours for the service and return with a friend to collect me whilst the two tyres were replaced.

    I cancelled first appointment and rebooked it, they didn't cancel the original appointment so that caused confusion. After calling me to verify which date was correct one and confirming the collection and delivery address they still got it wrong and went to wrong address, driver didn't arrive till 11am !! Was hard work !

    Service was excellent however had arrangements for a replacement car which needed to be an automatic. Ended up with a manual gearbox which I wasn't able to drive.
