    Great customer service , polite and friendly staff at Trowbridge garage , just a shame Citroen don’t do the pick up and return of the car for services and MOTs anymore ,we used to have this option on previous motability cars which made it a whole lot easier for me as a carer who also has a job .

    Excellent service from Islington motors Citroen in Trowbridge especially from Millie DeBoer who went above and beyond in keeping me in the loop. Would highly recommend Millie and all the staff for making the handover extra special and going that extra mile.

    The actual act of getting the service done was really good but the booking of it was a huge problem. I tried to book it in advance in March when it was due in May advised to call back nearer the time. So started emailing texting and online chatting to get it booked in on 17 th April no reply to emails and so telephoned in desperation on 2nd May and was told first available appointment was 1st June. Got my representative to take it on 11th May after having to complain about this process my condition makes phoning and cognitive effect challenging so this was not ideal
