    Despite you all being informed my car is fixed. I have not been notified. I was promised by the service manager that it would be fixed at least two weeks ago …. And realising he had failed the service manager phoned with all sorts of excuses. And made more and more promises. Despite being told by motability and through this survey that car has been fixed. The garage has not informed me of this.
    As far as I am aware at 2/4/24 the Parts have been an issue but they have had them and still not fixed the car. The car broke down on Tuesday 20/2/24.
    The girls on the service department desk are helpful and always polite and do their best.
    It’s a shame their service manager does not back them or his promises up. I had extended my lease of the car because previously I had such good service …. Since the previous service manager left this has not been the case.
    Indeed I later spoke to Sam the franchise manager …. And he had promised to call just after 1pm ……. Nothing till 6.30pm last night. Honestly not great service.
    I got the car back at 4.45pm on 2/2/24. It had not been valeted or anything.

    Kyle was amazing. There was no judgement or anything because of it being a motability car which I have witnessed else where. Took his time to explain everything and made sure he was available to answer questions where needed. Overall he made the process really easy.
