    The expertise courtesy politeness and welcome from the staff in the service and sales department has continued to be excellent with the transition to the new company. I would like to particularly thank the service manager, Jim and Matt in the sales. The car was returned immaculately and the app was installed and explained.     Matt was amazing. He was so helpful start to finish. He was great at communicating what was going on and if there were any delays. The handover experience was exceptional and he spent lots of time to make sure I knew I was happy being able to drive off without no concerns.
