    Good afternoon
    Made the booking over the phone the advisor was very polite, but I did advise that I need a courtesy vehicle he did advise that all fleet vehicles now are automatic, I have not driven an automatic before this did not happen, that’s why I booked in advance for this service, the staff at drive Vauxhall great but let down with not having the vehicle
