    I’m so happy with the professional and friendly service I received from the Drive Vauxhall (Kingswood, Bristol branch) Sales Executive, Karin. She was so helpful in explaining the different options for the cars I was interested in, patiently answering all my questions, and reassuring me about any worries I had about switching to an electric vehicle.

    It’s a completely new way of driving for me, but Karin shared real-life experiences that made me feel confident I was making the right choice. It’s true what they say “people buy from people” and I really felt that with Karin. I trusted her knowledge, respected her expertise, and felt so comfortable talking to her. She was also able to secure me a great deal with some additional extras which influenced my decision to order my new car.

    Whilst waiting for my new car to arrive, Karin kept in touch with me to update me on progress and see if I had anything she could help further with.

    Collecting the vehicle recently was a great experience and again Karin was an excellent ambassador for Drive Vauxhall. She spent a good deal of time with me during the handover process and sat in the vehicle explaining and showing me what different functions did and how they worked, et cetera. She also very kindly connected my iPhone and set up my favourite radio stations which was very appreciated.

    Karin was relatable, kind, and genuinely cared about firstly, helping me find the right car and secondly, keeping me updated about the process from ordering to collection. She’s a real asset to the team, and I’m so grateful for her help. Thank you Karin! 😊
