Your representative Gaynor Mott was superb in every way, from supporting me with her brilliant scheme/vehicle knowledge to helping me choose the right car and then taking time to help me with on line and paper forms. No question was too much for Gaynor.
I was also introduced to her manager who also welcomed me which I thought was a very nice touch and clearly demonstrated what a great team player Gaynor is.
I left having agreed a purchase which I’m so pleased with and have peace of mind of the support I will receive throughout.
Gaynor is an absolute asset to Vauxhall and from glancing at all thank you cards on her desk, many other customers feel the same.
