    We visited SJ Cooks & saw Tom who was friendly, efficient & incredibly knowledgeable. He put us at ease, giving us plenty of time to look around the car, chat about it & ask questions. At no point did we feel like he was pushy or rushing us. We walked away half an hour after we arrived with a wonderful new Clio, Tom could not have made our first experience with Motability any easier. We would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Although this dealership is not as easy for me to get to, I have gone back solely due to wonderful Cathy. She has been great- so helpful, considerate, warm and informative.
    She tried to avoid my return trip just to confirm the order but it wasn't possible which was a shame. I really appreciate all she's done- she is a real asset to Motability and Renault.
