Pasha dealt with me from the first second of meeting me… right through the process of purchasing my amazing car. His customer service was totally personalised to me and I felt he was genuinely dedicated to help me get exactly what I wanted. The process was very simple from my end.. he was extremely efficient and explained everything along the way. Myself and my family now only go to this dealership because there’s not one single thing to fault, the tailored customer service, the efficiency and I just became more and more impressed and impressed all along the way to the day of the hand over. They add amazing little touches which go along way and mean a lot. He kept in close contact with me throughout the whole process. And now even I have driven my dream car away and home with me, he is still going above and beyond and still checking to make sure everything is ok and to let me know I can contact him or the dealership anytime if I have any questions or problems… like the service doesn’t end when you’ve purchased the car and are away. It’s truly outstanding! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
