    Absolutely excellent! The customer service at Wessex Garage Nissan Cribbs Causeway is nothing short of phenomenal. Every single member of the team goes well beyond their job description, putting the customer first in everything they do.

    You can tell that customer-first training has been embedded across the entire branch—it’s not just talk, it’s visible in every interaction. Even staff who weren’t directly dealing with my vehicle approached me to ask if I was being looked after, offered me a drink, and made sure I was comfortable.

    A special mention must go to the team for offering to drop me off so I could do some shopping and then collecting me again once my vehicle was ready. That level of care is truly rare these days.

    Having previously owned several Mercedes vehicles and experienced the service at Sytner Mercedes, I can honestly say Wessex Nissan puts them to shame. The team here could teach them a thing or two about what genuine customer care looks like.
