    My experience at Lexus Bristol was exceptionally professional courteous and thorough from start to finish.
    I was very impressed how James kept me up to date with the progress of the vehicle especially as it had been delayed enroute due to changes to the ship’s itinerary.
    The hand over was very impressive and professionally conducted by James, quickly and efficiently, he went through the paperwork and then talked through the car explaining the functions and making sure I had a clear understanding throughout.
