    The vehicle was collected from my home address which was so much more convenient for me and returned promptly. The person collecting and dropping off was really polite and friendly. We had a detailed report of the MOT report via video and everything went smoothly.
    I would highly recommend this service.

    We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your recent experience. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with our Service Advisor that authority had been given for the additional work which you are referring to. We fully appreciate how frustrating this would have been for you but I understand you had a courtesy vehicle and once your vehicle was completed we were able to drop it off to you so hopefully you weren’t inconvenienced too much.
