- Rating 5.0Jul 21, 2025I literally cannot rate Listers Toyota high enough. Their service is exceptional. Through our 1st visit to them, when we chose our vehicle & did all the paperwork, through to our 2nd visit when we collected the car, they were absolutely great. We were dealt with by Jack Waite & I have to say the customer service was outstanding. Everything was explained clearly to us, all our questions were answered & it was also done in way that wasn't overly formal either, so making it a comfortable & pleasant experience. I also absolutely must also mention Pauline at Listers, who greatly added to the service provided. On each visit she made sure we had drinks; hot or cold (which was lovely on the day of the test drive as it was so hot!). As well as biscuits or refills on our drinks if we wanted them, & generally making us feel comfortable. It was lovely to chat to her, making us feel at ease. It doesn't sound like much, but it really was. She totally added to making the experience with Listers absolutely great.
I would recommend Listers Toyota in Cheltenham to anyone. As I said, their service is exceptional, their staff are great & you're made to feel so welcome. I've had a couple of questions since getting the car, which were answered for my straight away when I rang, & even though Jack himself wasn't there that day, he still rang us the following day to make sure we were happy with everything.
