Phil on the handover could not have been more helpful, he explained all the dashboard “ stuff” to me, showed me the radio and phone functions etc. He was very patient and even drove my car out of the showroom and around a vehicle that was causing an obstruction in the car park as he understood that I was anxious to drive a new vehicle in such a congested place as I was unfamiliar with the vehicle Phil is a polite, charming and thoroughly professional gentleman, an asset to the dealership.
