    I had an outstanding experience with both Motability Operations and Yeomans Skoda Exeter for my first Motability car. The Motability website is clear and informative, and when I called customer services with a few questions specific to my circumstances, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.

    Yeomans Skoda Exeter were fantastic from start to finish. Ordering the car was straightforward, and we received regular updates throughout the process. When we collected the vehicle, Christopher Lamb, the Sales Executive, was exceptionally patient and thorough, taking the time to walk my wife and me through every detail and answering all our questions.

    The entire Yeomans team was approachable, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We are absolutely delighted with our Skoda Enyaq Estate 85 Edition. Having switched from petrol to fully electric, we’re thrilled with how economical and smooth it is to drive. It’s a brilliant car, and we couldn’t be happier.

    Just wasn’t right for us the car we ordered got sold wich was quite gutting and the other one they offered us was a longer wait so went to a different dealer shop , the guy that dealt with us though was really nice !

    As always excellent service from Skoda in Exeter. There was a minor issue which was resolved ( an error by an Ex member of staff) but Chris the salesman who took over my order kept me well informed with build time, ipad videos of the car's arrival on the transporter to the morning of the handover. I would also like to mention the girls on the front desk (Angela and Pepper) and a "James" who I have spoke to on a number of occasions (always extremely helpful often returning a call if he has needed to chack data) all have given great service.
