    Nige is 10/10. Nothing was ever too much for him through the whole process. He continuously kept me in the loop and always seemed to have my best interest at heart especially when choosing my car. He needs a pay rise!!!!

    At no point by phone or in any of the emails did it say I had to bring proof of my national insurance number. I was refused a courtesy car and had to sit for over 3 hours in pain in the show room. I am disabled I do not have anything with my NI number on it. Its disgraceful. I spoke with the manager who asked when I called and she would listen to the phone calls but when I checked the emails there was nothing know any if them about proof of NI number. Very bad and distriminating customer service. I am looking to surrender my car to go to another provider

    Every time ,I go into garage ,your made to feel welcome ,by the girl at the desk ..and again,they were quick to get my car bk to me . ..while I sat in relaxing chain in reception, drinking hot chocolate, on the house
