- Rating 5.0Apr 15, 2024Picking up my car went really smoothly and Nikki was thorough and patient explaining the controls to me. She called me a couple of days after I collected it to check everything was going ok and reassured me that I could contact her if I had any questions in the future. I feel like I’ve been really well looked after by Nikki and Snows Toyota Exeter. The car itself is amazing and has made such a difference to my life already.

She was calm and reassuring on the test drive, and as I was very nervous this was particularly helpful. She kept offering me drinks at regular intervals and made sure I was comfortable in the showroom. She kept me informed about the process and what would happen next with the application and collecting the car. She was efficient but quick with the paperwork so I wasn’t left waiting around for it to be finished. Nikki was a great support to have through what can seem like quite a daunting and anxiety provoking process if you haven’t done it before.
