    I didn't get any updates throughout the process as promised. Felt like I was chasing and having to ask many questions. As a first time user of the scheme I was clueless.

    Booked an appointment to collect the car and Cameron was not there he had gone out. For me, if you book an appointment you make sure you are there, that's just manners. When he did arrive he didn't approach us to introduce himself.

    However, Phil (I think he was called) was great, very thorough when showing us the car and made me feel at ease driving off.
