    Shockingly rubbish, no courtesy car, had a four hour wait got dropped off in Exeter, the car was returned with a faulty wing mirror they can’t get it fixed for another 4/6 weeks despite having the part and the windows doors leak still going through the car wash, got car back and still oil smear : glue from seals all over window which is a bind when driving - took pics, car was partially washed which couldn’t understand as outside of car filthy, every service they say same thing we will valet it next time you come in but never do fake promises, there was a deal they were selling raffle tickets for I questioned it as the deal had expired iso why were they still taking entry’s they didn’t like me asking but the deal had been and gone. Communication was shockingly shi* the car got ticked off despite wing mirror being faulty which I thought was off and can’t see out of windows when it’s sunny. Staff in there were moody had no personality except for the woman. Not received any feed back links but they were quick to ask me to fill one in - because if there blunder no car I lost out on a bid for a house, an eye test with specialist and an appointment all because they let the car out to someone It ruined my day and the manager was to busy to listen to my comments and sent the sand lady out that messed up my day, they called at 9 am to tell me no courtesy car I got there at 09:30 hrs driven down from London. I called snows Exeter Lexus few times they took messages and nothing. 2 days late and they call. I’d think twice before taking your car here for a service. This garage has appalling reviews and really hit the bottom with reviews few months ago. Messed my day up and appointments no offer of anything as if there doing me a favour lol - London Twickenham is a first class experience SNOWS EXETER is a joke. No one holding them accountable at Motability - avoid snows Exeter make sure you don’t get let down the manager had no time I could see them all sitting around a desk lol as I walked out, what am I to think I no what I saw.

    Excellent. I was very well looked after by the dealership and the whole process went smoothly. Everything was explained thoroughly . I was helped with my decision to find the right vehicle.     I didn't get any updates throughout the process as promised. Felt like I was chasing and having to ask many questions. As a first time user of the scheme I was clueless.

    Booked an appointment to collect the car and Cameron was not there he had gone out. For me, if you book an appointment you make sure you are there, that's just manners. When he did arrive he didn't approach us to introduce himself.

    However, Phil (I think he was called) was great, very thorough when showing us the car and made me feel at ease driving off.
