    Asked to book an mot in over a months time by dealer. When doing so informed no courtesy vehicle available until several weeks time when mot had expired. A motability vehicle. When asked what time the mot would be was told it would take all day. A 60 mile round trip, and several hours wait not possible for disabled client. Contacted motability, our van was then collected by a towing company and a courtesy vehicle delivered from Coventry. The MOT took over a week, we were never told when it was done, had to ask. Upon collection customer services asked if we had checked on gov website it had been done, then they did to see if there were any advisories. Overall very poor service, as motability customers it appears we were a low priority. Enough to make us change vehicle brands when lease is up. Actual vehicle is fine.

    Very poor. Difficult to book as only dealer in South west now. Rude when arrived, mechanics ok but other staff have awful attitude. Kept waiting. Car not cleaned!! Won't get vw again as would not want to go there again.
