    Volvo went above and beyond from the minute I entered the showroom. Both James & Kyle were extremely helpful. James with helping me answer any questions I had and placing the order. Kyle was so good when he took me out in the test drive, made me feel at ease and was able to show me lots of different things with the car and how it all worked. I was made to feel very comfortable and there was no pressure put on me to make a decision straight away. The service is amazing. Very happy from the moment I entered to the moment I left.

Keeping me in the loop and answering my concerns by phone and email . This is the kicker he has an easy going none confrontational manner . Works for the customer .     Excellent service, the staff are welcoming, professional and give a thorough explanation of what will take place and what has been done. As we travel from Dorset to get our car serviced, it is also excellent that they offer a courtesy car. Without doubt an excellent experience.
