- Rating 1.0Oct 18, 2023Not a very good experience at all, no courtesy car available for motability customer, I then had my car picked up for service and electrical issues and got a call to say service done but can’t look at electrical as no machine! So have to lose my car for another day as still no courtesy car and I have to wait 5 weeks for you to look at it again!!!! You should have contacted me to advise no diagnostic machine so service needs to wait, as a disabled person who needs her car this is just unacceptable!! I am worried that my car has an electrical fault that could be dangerous!!! Why is the wait time so long??? I have given 1 star as your feedback won’t let me leave zero!!!!!!
