    A very slow and laborious handover, got there at 2.00pm got away at 5 30

    After we collect the car, we had to go back to Wessex Garage, has the sat nav was not working, or the headsup.
    They had to reset the sat nav screen,and show us where the headsup button was to switch it on, they also could not set up Nissan Connect,and i had to have lots of conversations with Nissan about it
    I di speak to Tom Bird about it, and he said someone from Wessex would call, no one ever did.i,also made two telephone calls to Wessex regarding this, and had to leave a message, no one to this day has ever caused me back
