    You put about 10 things on the report that “required immediate attention” and then refused to fix any of them. You did not explain why Motability had refused to fund things, and left me feeling like I had to wait until my car was in an illegal state before Motability would fix it. There were no explanations at all and you refused to pick up the phone and talk to me, you only corresponded via email.

    Very forced sales, rang but signal was bad put the application through anyways, emailed and tried to cancel the order as explained on email cannot afford the down payment right now, no reply or doesn’t awnser the phone.
