    Kate was so amazing with us! Had our toddler with us who was restless and Kate and other staff were so interactive with him while we were trying to get everything sorted. Kate walked us through everything we needed to know and arranged to call us after a few days to check in. Couldn’t fault her at all!

    From first contact through to handover, Gabriel was great - 6 stars not 5. Gabriel was always very thorough when dealing with things throughout. He updated and called me back as promised and when promised, meaning there was never a time I felt I needed to chase him for updates or answers. He is also refreshing in that he doesn't have the stereotypical car sales person attitude that puts many of us off dealing with them and has personality. He gave the impression that he was genuinely committed to myself as the customer from beginning to end. Listened to and remembered things we had discussed, and was a pleasant and easy person to be around and engage with. Leaving me feeling like a considered customer, rather than a means to hitting targets or bonuses, which is generally the feeling you get from most other sales people.
