    I was treated with incompetence and contempt: My new car was not the colour that I had chosen. I now have a car in a colour that is so Vile that I cannot bear to look through the house window, at it: it looks like a bag of sick on 4 wheels.
    As an example of the contempt that I was treated with: our car number plates used to have a euro flag with GB underneath. I asked salesman Warren Salter if he could replace the euro flag with the Union Jack. He couldn’t be bothered to even do that for me, on a vehicle costing nearly £50,000. I was just an old man, not worth bothering with.

    The sales guys were very informative and not pushy at all, very friendly and it was very relaxed. A few different dealers were pushy and it puts you off. Well done John and Ed.

    I was sat there 3hrs for a 1hour job.
    Delay getting motability to authorise a split rear wiper which was meant to be done on an earlier visit
    Car got blocked in by a waste water emptying tank for an hour
