    Claire Trudge was helpful and compassionate. We had the opposite experience at Skoda and they factored into our decision making.

    Absolutely terrible! Don’t see the point in filling this out as no notice will be taken!
    Car given back to us without fixing fault. Needs an update by VW which isn’t available yet. Temp goes upto 30 degrees, puts heated seat on, then can’t adjust as screen goes black. Car not fit for purpose RAC said as had to call them out that night. They’ve arranged hire car as dangerous due to having to take eyes off road to try to adjust temp. Dealership didn’t car at all. Showed no empathy. Disgusting!
