    Neil Binks was absolutely great. He took us through everything in the car before taking us through the paperwork and signing over the car to my wife and I. I cannot fault the experience we had, it was quick and easy. Which was great.

    The only thing wrong with my car was the offside reversing light wasn't working. 4 hours later When they finished the offside light still wasn't working. Rubbish

    Neil of Kia Speedwell TORBAY, Devon has been with every step of the way since April til Oct 27th when I picked up the car. He has kept me informed with updates of the cars arrival and was amazing with the hand over and even gave my mother a forgoes bouquet of flowers. Motorbility have also been there with lots of advice etc…. I am forever grateful to both party’s for this unique opportunity. Many thanks all involved , you all deserve 10 stars lol

    Great customer service. The service was done within a few hours and I received a full report The car was returned fully cleaned inside and out

    Overall really good . Car collected and returned the cleanest it’s been since new! Only thing was the admin lady told me it would be collected 9:30 to 10:30am and chap arrived at 8am. It was lucky I was in.
    So a communication issue at Kia garage, but my car serviced and Mot fine and sparkling car… thank you.
