    I was told it would be upto 2 hrs wait, which was fine. I was left to wait, after 2 hrs 30 mins I asked at the desk how much longer he said about 30mins, in total it was 3 hrs 45 mins. I appreciate the wash and valet is courtesy, but it was appalling too. I thought the whole experience was very poor to my previous experience 😕

    I would've put 0 stars if available. They collected my car at 11am on the day and I had no communication from them. At no point was I told that my car wouldn't be returned that day, leaving me with no vehicle. I had to get a taxi to work the next day at a cost of £15 to myself. I contacted them the next day and was told someone tried to ring me but got my answer phone, which is strange as I don't have an answer phone. Poor service and terrible communication. To leave a disabled person with no vehicle is disgusting and I wish to make an official complaint and have a response to this message.
