    He was amazing. This was my first car and I came with my dad and neither of us knew much about the scheme. Daniel was absolutely amazing. Not only did he explain the scheme in great detail but whilst also test driving he explained bit of the car perfectly. He showed enthusiasm for the job and loved the car and what he was doing. The dealership was also very lovely constantly asking if we wanted drinks and making sure we had a good time. We’ve had bad experiences before at other dealerships so this was really great to com to. It has made my dad look at coming to Toyota when he next gets his car. Absolutely amazing

    I believe it was Daniel shoudjae that was the dealer whom helped me upon arrival did a test drive with him aswell brilliant customer service answered all queries quickly and with no hesitation made my first trip to the dealership very comfortable

    Excellent customer service and willing to spend time to try to resolve an issue. It would be useful to also be able to replace tyres with your service agents as the issue will mean I need new tyres tracking and then likely back to Snows to double check a wear problem but this is about motability contracts and not linked to Snows service

    I waited in the reception area for my car to be serviced and it was done well within the 2 hour time slot. They made me a coffee whilst I was waiting and the staff were very informative and helpful
