    I came to Ocean Falmouth after receiving my accepted Motability application. I hadn't gone with the intention of doing the scheme, more so as to see what my options were.
    I was passed to Olly Keep who was absolutely fantastic and a great help when explaining the scheme fully, going through the options and providing a professional experience throughout.

    Going into a dealership can be a daunting experience, especially for someone like myself who wouldn't consider a new car unless for the motability scheme and is unsure of caveats and loopholes that may exist. Olly immediately put me at ease and demonstrated some fantastic people skills when walking me through the process.

    Olly gladly allowed me to test drive a Mini which I loved but it wasn't this which sealed the deal. It was the dealerships kind attitude, light hearted laughs and supportive attitude which made me feel comfortable enough to commit.

    I'll be sure to be a customer in years to come and I'm excited to have such a supportive dealer network alongside my new vehicle once it arrives.

    Steve really got to the core of what I needed and the test drive was really helpful as I changed from manual to automatic
    Warm sincere help a real pleasure to talk to with a great understanding of Mini and the mobility scheme
    It was much more simple than I expected and I felt both excited but also settled when I left the showroom knowing all was correct and all my questions answered
    A really good experience with staff who gave s passion for what they do
    I have recommended Ocean to three friends already
