My experience as a motability customer at Hawkins garage was nothing more than a complete pleasure from the time I entered the garage to ask about the car to the time I drove my new car away ,nothing was too much trouble from the start I was made to feel at ease and not rushed to do anything Callum took the time to understand my needs for the car and how my disabilities effected me getting in and out of a car ?by the time we had tried getting in and out of several different height cars I knew the car I test drove it was suited to my needs .After the test drive we had a conversation about how the car works and running costs and what sort of journeys I used the car for . Then he said for me to go and give it a lot of thought before committing. Even more once I had decided I wanted the car he told me they had a new demonstrator coming in that would be perfect and it was so I had my car in a week of ordering it .picking my new car up was perfectly executed everything explained perfectly . If there are anyone out there especially motability customers I would recommend coming to Hawkins come and feel what a pleasurable experience buying a car can be from an excellent customer friendly garage that looks after you .

Callum made me welcome from the start to the finish explaining the car and how it worked and all the controls easy and professionally could not have felt more at ease the test drive was a pleasure . Afterwards he told me to come back when I was ready to complete the transaction I came away thinking I had met a really warm and pleasant man highly recommend this garage .well what can I say Callum again shone at the collection of my new car .when I pulled away from the garage I knew everything I needed to control the car he is so knowledgeable about everything to do with the car put across in easy to understanding terms a real pleasure to deal with Hawkins garage is a must for anyone that wants a car and have that extra special service

He was very friendly and extremely helpful, he has a great understanding of the cars he sells and made me feel at ease with a welcome cup of coffee, he took me through all the controls of the car I have chosen and after a test drive I was smitten!
Callum said he would keep in contact with me to keep me updated on the progress of my chosen car. I do think a sun shield around the side of his desk would help not just for him but for further prospective customers as the glare can be off putting & results in hot sweats!
I look forward to my new car as Nissan have got it spot on, what a great drive the ex trail is comfortable, powerful, very well built, full of extras, just love it!
