    The Ladies working in sevice were very helpful and professional, considering they have only been working for a few weeks.
    There seems to be a break down in communication when making any bookings for your car to be looked at. The staff in service were usure of the works carried out in the workshop.

    Unfortunately, nobody returned any of my calls after an enquiry, having being told someone will be in touch.

    It may not seem a big issue but all the little ones add up, as on three occasions now I have not had a call back.
    Jackie and her colleague in service, were very helpful in getting my experience with Audi to be as smooth as possible.
