Still waiting for the car so can’t comment on after sales, but happy so far.
05/03/2024. Just to update, Iwas told that the car would arrive on the 1st but due to fines the company would get from motability if they did not fulfil the given date, that we would not be able to pick up until the 6th March!
So on the 4th March I called to organise a time to pick up on the 6th, only to be told that the car wasn’t even in yet and would still be a minimum of 4 days after the actual delivery date before iI was allowed to pick it up, so they had known on the 1st that the 6th was not possible yet no one had bothered to update me, by the time I called on the afternoon of the 4th.
The salesman told me again that we would have to wait the 4 days after delivery due to them needing to give a date to motability, this was very misleading as I and my housemate who had come with me were both led to believe that they had already let motability know the 6th (after a delivery on the 1st) when the agreement was made.
Annoyed but wanting a resolution I then asked for an update of when the car was now due in, the salesman said that my car did not seem to be on the system, so he could not say where it was, so would have to contact their supply chain, which I was told would take up to 24 hours to receive, I was promised a call either later that day or on the next day (today) when I hadn’t been called by 1630, I called. The receptionist informed me the salesman was with another customer and that they would send an email reminding him to contact me when he had finished with his customer. It’s now gone closing time and he has not responded.
