    The service was originally cancelled, and rebooked three weeks afterwards.
    The company failed to provide a suitable courtesy car which was requested as I have a mokka and was given a fiat 500 which is not like for like replacement. Considering they had plenty of time to arrange for a car for me and it's a disability vehicle it's not acceptable for the service

    Coffee machine was free and really good quality the staff was a bit behind on the appointment but the seats were nice and comfy when it came to order a car. The chap flew through all of the questions on the iPad. Really easy and straightforward would definitely like to go back to them again for my next new car, in three years
