    Ordered my car in January with Jake. At first visit thought all was great. Planed to pick car up on 18th. I tried getting hold of him several times with no reply. Had one lady call to ask me what the problem was she said she would call back. A week ago I went into store and saw a different mobility person. He said it had arrived and it needed to be put by next Wednesday I had a full tank of fuel. It was booked in for the Wednesday. The man I saw said he calls his customers every 3 weeks. Jake then called Sunday to ask when I would like it booked in.Wasn't told about some of the missing features. Revering camera and how to change to mph it was set to km so I had to drive away not knowing what speed i was going. Very un organised and no followed up.

    From start to finish my experience of Hendy Branksome has been excellent.
    I must single out James McDermaid who has made the selection and purchase of my Peugot 3008 very easy.
    He took care of the Motability admin and the selection and installation of adaptations.
    He made himself available to answer questions post-sale.
    I whole-heartedly recommend Hendy Branksome and James McDermaid...

    My overall experience was excellent.
    James McDermaid very helpful in the selection of vehicle and adaptations.
    He guided me through the admin process with Motability and dealing with the adaptation installation.
    Post sales, James has been very helpful and has checked to see how I am adapting to the car.
    I would like to have been more involved with the actual fitting of the adaptations as they are not quite right. But other than that, I have found the whole process, largely thanks to James, pain free.
