- Rating 5.0Jul 25, 2024Fantastic customer service and care. I am a disabled person who had a Motability vehicle which had a flat battery on the day that I was due to return it to Snows Poole. The first time that this had happened in 5 years.
The staff team were so kind, helpful and flexible.
I did eventually get to Snows Poole and Jamie, Ollie and Greg all went the extra mile. I cannot thank them enough.
I now have a beautiful Toyota Corolla for my PA and family to drive me around in giving me much greater freedom and independence, this is so important to me. Thank you Motability for my car.
