    The person who dealt with me when I dropped my car off needs some customer service training and needs to gain knowledge of the cars which are loaned out. He was extremely unprofessional towards me - perhaps he thought he was being funny - he was however unacceptably and unnecessarily rude.
    The person in sales also requires customer service training and instead of being unhelpful & unwilling to help when discussing my next vehicle, she needs to think about doing better to facilitate this process. It is highly unlikely my next Motability vehicle will be from Yeomans' Volkswagen.
    The only person who was helpful & professional was the gentleman in the service department when I collected my vehicle.
    It is apparent that car salesrooms have not evolved at all, and are still in the dark ages when dealing with customers.

    Appeared uninterested as was a motability customer, not a private one who were treated totally differently. Car was booked for MOT and oil service but only MOT was completed, advisories marked as urgent attention required on health check should have been done and not just mentioned to have to return at a later date. Certainly wouldn't use as a private customer now, everyone should be treated the same, it's not like they are doing it for free for the motability scheme. Poor show
